Went to Max’s for the second time on 7/26 at around 7:05AM. This was my second time, so made sure to come earlier to avoid lines. I was the only customer in there. The two girl employees kept having their own conversation and laughing the whole time I was trying to order. I would be asking for the donuts I wanted and would have to pause mid sentence because they would just start joking with each other. Just rude. Donuts were good but bad customer service. The first time I went, the employees were older and very nice.

OKAY MAX WHAT IS GOING ON!!!! Today I was very disappointed with my order. I dont know if they've changed products, or have a new baker or what is going on. All 3 of my items tasted wayyyyy off and so different, even down to their texture. Please this needs to be fixed because what I had today I would never go back again because it tasted like a basic corner donut shop which I never go to. I got a chocolate donut, cinnamon roll and a sausage roll. Chocolate donut was heavy, the taste was off and it turned doughie and chewy while I was eating it, the cinnamon roll had a very weird of taste and was super dry and left a weird taste in my mouth following a very oily feeling. The sausage roll was the large but was stuff in the small roll so the sausage was hanging out both ends of the roll. I have been coming here once every 2 months for the post 10 years and ive never had this problem. I still left a 5 stars because I know I've never received bad food before. But what ever you do, please fix this issue or you will end up losing a lot of business.

These donuts are trash. I drove from Plano to try. Waste of time and gas. Too much icing and donuts texture inside is terrible. I could have made these at home. By far the worse donuts I’ve had. Also crunchy. 4/10. I went listening to these darn reviews below. Obviously, ppl hype up anything🤦🏾♀️

We heard about Max’s Donuts from friends and decided to give it a try on a rainy Saturday morning. We woke up before dawn and drove through a heavy storm just to get there — and we weren’t the only ones! When we pulled up, we saw a long line of cars turning into the parking lot, all braving the same bad weather. That alone told us this place must be special. The donuts are generous in size and the prices are surprisingly affordable. Every bite was fresh, fluffy, and full of flavor. We’ll definitely be back — next time hopefully under sunnier skies! Highly recommend Max’s Donuts if you’re looking for big, delicious donuts at a great value.

Five stars! I come here almost every morning, and it never disappoints. You have to try their house coffee it may look like a regular cup, but trust me, it tastes completely different and way better than most places. And it’s only $0.99 a cup!!! The staff is always super nice, and the service is impressively fast, even when it’s busy. Highly recommend!
